Contract Termination Form

This form is designed for individuals engaged in collaborations with Vivid Singularity LLC and its affiliates, Allure Singularity, and The Exclusive Network, seeking to terminate signed contracts and request the deletion of content created through mutual collaborations.

*If your session was unpaid, a termination fee of $300 (equivalent to the session cost) applies. Upon full payment of your session, your content will be promptly removed, and the contract will be officially terminated.

*as signed on paper or digital contract.
